Product Overview
- LISTERINE TOTAL CARE ZERO^® has all the benefits of LISTERINE TOTAL CARE^® without the bite, in an alcohol-free formula with a less intense taste. When added to your routine it has also been validated by the Canadian Dental Association to reduce and prevent gingivitis better than brushing and flossing alone. It combines eight benefits for a whole mouth clean:

Directions
- Adults and children 12 years and older: Use after brushing the teeth with toothpaste. Rinse full strength with 20 mL for 30 seconds twice a day. DO NOT SWALLOW. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.

Warnings and Precautions
- Do not use if allergic to any ingredients. Stop use and ask dentist if oral irritation or any new symptoms occur. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be used by children under 12 years of age. In case of accidental ingestion, contact a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately.
Other Information
- Do not use if security band around cap is missing or broken. Note: Store between 15°C and 30°C. Cold temperatures may cloud this product. Its efficacy will not be affected.

I decided to try this one without alcohol and every morning I wake up after using at night, there is thick white slime in mouth. Appears to be peeling skin in my mouth. The other versions never did that. Because of this, I do not recommend this product.

For some reason my saliva glands stopped working and I couldn't taste my food. When I stopped using this product, I could taste my food again and I salivate normally and my tongue doesn't blood anymore. Don't ever buy this product

To my surprise, the mouth is even dryer right after I rinse. I have to rinse with water again and again to get rid of that very dry feeling.

She said this is a great product to help with teeth and gum care, and I'd have to agree. I've been using this for a few years now and really notice a difference in how sensitive and cavity prone my teeth used to be compared to now.

Total care, cool mint, original all have a great taste, while effectively reducing bad breathe, and helping in the prevention of gingivitis. I love these products, cool mint is my favorite. Keep doing what you are doing. Highly recommend these products to anyone.

This was not the case after use my mouth is very dry and there is a very nasty after taste that makes me feel like I have bad breath. However it has been doing its job of making and keeping my gums healthy
