- LISTERINE TOTAL CARE ZERO^® has all the benefits of LISTERINE TOTAL CARE^® without the bite, in an alcohol-free formula with a less intense taste. When added to your routine it has also been validated by the Canadian Dental Association to reduce and prevent gingivitis better than brushing and flossing alone. It combines eight benefits for a whole mouth clean:

Directions
- Adults and children 12 years and older: Use after brushing the teeth with toothpaste. Rinse full strength with 20 mL for 30 seconds twice a day. DO NOT SWALLOW. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.

Warnings and Precautions
- Do not use if allergic to any ingredients. Stop use and ask dentist if oral irritation or any new symptoms occur. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be used by children under 12 years of age. In case of accidental ingestion, contact a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately.
Other Information
- Do not use if security band around cap is missing or broken. Note: Store between 15°C and 30°C. Cold temperatures may cloud this product. Its efficacy will not be affected.

It's not spicy or burning hot like the regular blue flavor, however my breath feels and smells mint fresh, and my mouth feels clean. My tongue also doesn't feel as dry as it has been. I did receive this item free in exchange for my honest opinion.

But the alcohol burn would always put me off until I got the chance to try Listerine Total Caew with Zero alcohol. Mouth wash has ways been a part of my regular oral health routine, but as someone who can't stand strong smells or the bite that comes with typical mint flavored oral products this product was perfect, it wasn't strong and it didn't leave a burning sensation in my mouth It fights bad breath, helps keep teeth white, prevents plaque & cavities. I've seen my mother use this product but never tried it myself until I got this from Butterly to review! The taste is nice and not abrasive as mouthwash with alcohol in it. It didn't burn my mouth which I'm used to. I highly recommend. The tastes lasysnon your tongue for a while so don't plan on eating or drinking shortly thereafter.

My gums have gotten more sensitive as I get older and usually mouth washes are difficult to tolerate. I enjoyed how this formulation did not contain any alcohol, which was great as it didn't feel like my mouth was dried out The taste was also quite a bit milder than the traditional blue/green varients. While it may feel less harsh than other mouthwashes, my mouth still felt very clean after using it. It may be a good alternative for anyone who may have sensitive gums, but is still looking for an effective mouthwash for their oral care routine. Ive tried numerous mouthwashes on the market with minimal successful results. I was a big fan of the original Listerine but I found the taste too strong. Total Care has brought me back to the Listerine brand. I really appreciate the less intense taste. The list of benefits is quite impressive too ranging from killing bad breath to preventing cavities (and plaque), fighting tartar to strengething tooth enamel while providing up to 12 hours of bad breath protection. Did I mention it also helps keep teeth white (without the sensitivity). I will definitely be purchasing this in the future. Highly recommended.
